Hidden Science of Alamance County In-Person
Hidden Science of Alamance County at NC Science Festival event
11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Explore the incredible world of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) right in your own backyard through engaging and interactive day of hands-on activities by local organizations and
businesses. This family-friendly event offers a unique opportunity to connect with area professionals, ignite curiosity, and celebrate the vibrant STEM community in Alamance County.
2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Join us for the Grand Opening of the Discovery Lab inside of North Park Library. We will have a 3D printed Leo, the Lab Librarian, our mascot for everyone who comes to check out the lab. We have Makerbot 3D printers, I-Root robots, a tool Library, sewing machines and more! Don’t miss this exciting opportunity to uncover the hidden science and makers around you!
