All Ages. Hosted at the Three College Observatory, participants will get to peer through the 32-inch telescope, take part in crafts, listen to stories, and be guided around the night sky’s stars, galaxies, and nebulae through one of the largest dark-sky telescopes in the southeastern US. 

The Three College Observatory is located at 5106 Thompson Mill Rd, Graham, NC 27253.

Things to know before you go:

If the weather is not good for star gazing, we will send an email four hours beforehand.

Please check your email before heading to the observatory. 

Parking is tight, carpool if possible

You are welcome to bring snacks, blankets, and chairs.

Take any trash that you accumulate with you when you leave.

It is dark and the ground is uneven. Flashlights are acceptable.
