Think Green Thursdays: Insects In-Person

North Park Library: Think Green Thursday: Insects. 5:30 p.m. For adults.

Learn which insects are beneficial and how to handle unwelcome ones. Don’t run for that bottle of bug killer as soon as you see an unidentified visitor on your plants. Some insects are helpful to have around, while others are harmful to your crops. Learn how to identify common garden insects and how to efficiently manage pests with Integrated Pest Management strategies. This is a free class taught by NC Extension Master Gardener℠ volunteers of Alamance County.
