Nutrition + Wellness = Health In-Person
For adults. Join us for an engaging Nutrition and Wellness information program for adults, designed to help you build healthy habits for everyday life! Attendees will learn nutrition basics, debunk common nutrition myths, and explore the importance of movement, hydration, and rest in overall wellness.
